I just wanted to write to tell you how My Wife and I are very pleased with your Mama MANCINI’s Famous meatballs and Sunday sauce. We purchased 2 qty 6 boxes to have with Zity and Sauce that we planned for dinner. We did not know what to expect because from previous experience at friends houses where they purchased no-name brand frozen meatballs that had the consistancy of a tennis ball and tasted disgusting.

I read the box and looked at the packaging and it quality written all over it.  We got home a little late from food store and we and the kids were hungry so we followed the microwave instructions. We and our Kids are completely amazed and impressed by the quality of the meatballs. They tasted like home made meatballs and the sauce is superb. You hit a homerun with your product and I hope you sell millions. You have made a new fan and we will continue to purchase these meatballs on days when my wife does not make them from scratch or my Dad in law does not send over his home made ones…You will laugh but I am telling you the truth..Your meatballs are better then my wifes or my father in laws home made ones!!… My wife also agree’s. Please continue to supply my shoprite with your product (Liberty,New York) and we will continue to buy them and also recommend to family and friends.

I just found your Meatballs & Sunday Sauce at our local Harris Teeter – got some, had to go back the next day to get more!

The meatballs are good, and the sauce is fantastic! Do you have plans to sell the sauce alone? I’d buy it for sure.

So, It was just another routine shopping day at King’s but something interesting happened to me.. I met a fabulous person, Dan Mancini,  who offered me a taste of his homemade meatballs…I politely declined because I am not a red meat eater…after a few minutes of discoursing, while I was standing in front the pan with meatballs simmering, my sense of smell was overwhelmed with a delightful scent of fresh tomatoes…the smell was so enticing that I decided to taste the meatballs…I ACTUALLY ATE TWO!!!  They were so soft and melted in my mouth…absolutely delicious!  I bought a box and made them that night with spaghetti for my family…I loved and appreciated how easy they were to prepare in a pinch…it was a family size portion, complete with sauce…just thaw, heat in pan and serve over pasta!  A delicious and fast homemade dinner was enjoyed by my family!  Thanks Dan!

Faith - A Meatball Convert

This past Saturday, November 14th I did a sampling of Mama Mancini’s Meatballs and Sunday sauce at one of my favorite markets, Kings Supermarkets in Short Hills New Jersey. I always have a great time offering up tastings of My Grandmothers Anna Mancini’s now famous recipe! Like Martha Stewart said to her millions of viewers when I appeared on the show, “Who doesn’t love a good meatball”.

Well Martha, I found her and her name is Faith. When I asked her to try my delicious meatball and sauce she replied “Sorry I don’t eat beef, only chicken”. She wasn’t making this up, her entire shopping cart was full of chicken! As we’re talking about her non-beef diet, Faith began to comment on the amazing smell of my Meatballs and Sunday Sauce simmering in the pan on the table in front of her. Respecting everyone’s choices of food I asked Faith if she wanted to try the sauce without the Meatball. To my surprise, she said, “No, I will try the meatball and the sauce!”

I offered her up a tiny bite and Faith was obviously very apprehensive. What followed next blew me away.  I expected her to politely say it was just ok and move on with her cart full of chicken.  But Faith actually LOVED it! She had a second piece and bought TWO packages of Mama Mancini Meatballs in Sunday Sauce!

WOW would my Grandmother be so proud, I know I am. I guess Martha was right after all “Who doesn’t love a good meatball”.

I’m very proud to announce that Mama Mancini’s meatballs are now available at Whole Foods.

The meatballs are available at the deli counter or at the hot bar.  All you have to do is add the pasta! Go ahead – cook a fantastic meal in minutes.

Our meatballs have met Whole Food’s stringent beef requirements and are anti-biotic free.

Currently, Mama Mancini’s meatballs are limited to the following 5 locations.  If your local Whole Foods location is not on this list, let the store know that you want your meatballs!
